Pengaruh Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Serang (Studi Kasus Saat Penerimaan Dan Pengolahan Surat Pemberihahuan Tahunan) pembimbing I: Ipah Ema Jumiati, S.Ip., M.Si Pembimbing II: Rina Yulianti, S.Ip, M.Si Kebiasaan wajib pajak melaporkan SPT Tahunan pada batas akhir waktu penerimaan, menimbulkan permasalahan seperti meningkatnya volume kerja sehingga melebihi kemampuan pegawai. Hal ini dapat menimbulkan tekanan kerja yang mempengaruhi kondisi fisiologi, psikologi, dan tingkah laku pegawai. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada KPP Pratama Serang pada saat penerimaan dan pengolahan SPT Tahunan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Raharja Wijaya dalam Sunyoto (2013:44) yang menyatakan bahwa hubungan antara stres dan kinerja tergambar membentuk kurva U terbalik, pada tingkat stres rendah kinerja karyawan rendah, seiring kenaikan stres sampai pada suatu titik optimal menghasilkan kinerja yang baik dan pada tingkat stres tinggi kinerja rendah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasi. Populasi sebesar 84 orang dan sampel didapat melalui teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel sensus. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang diuji sehingga diperoleh rhitung ≥ rtabel 0,3. Teknik analisa menggunakan uji hipotesis korelasi product moment dengan hasil 8,27. Presentasi pengaruhnya 68,4% dan terdapat 31,6 dipengaruhi faktor lain yang perlu diteliti lebih lanjut. Kesimpulannya terdapat pengaruh stes kerja terhadap kinerja. Saran peneliti yaitu meningkatkan perhatian kepada kondisi dan situasi pegawai, meningkatkan sosialisasi e-filing melalui iklan, berita, brosur,dan menyediakan tempat pelayanan untuk wajib pajak mengenal e-filing. The purpose of this research are to know how huge the influence of stress work againt employees work performance at Pratama Tax Office Serang when resceiving and processing annual income tax return. This research use theory from Raharja Wijaya (Sunyoto 2013:44) who states that relation between stres work and employees work performance described in inverted U curve on the level of low stress the employees work performance low as increase of stress at the optimal point, produce a good performance and on a level high stress the work performance low.
