Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Beban Kerja (X1), Disiplin Kerja (X2), dan Lingkungan Kerja (X3) terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kota Cilegon. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 75 orang pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kota Cilegon. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi pada penelitian dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS V25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (2) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (3) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. (4) Beban kerja dan Disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (5) Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (6) Beban Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja. | Additional Information: | This study aims to determine the effect of Workload (X1), Work Discipline (X2), and Work Environment (X3) on Job Satisfaction of Employees at the Cilegon City Regional Secretariat. The method used in this study was quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population used in this study was 75 employees at the Cilegon City Regional Secretariat. The sample used in this study was the entire population, using a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study was SPSS V25. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Workload has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. (2) Work Discipline has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. (3) Work Environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. (4) Workload and work discipline have a simultaneous effect on job satisfaction.
