Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of readiness of vocational high school teachers to use the blended learning model and to identify factors influencing this readiness based on the indicators. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey research method. The subjects were 30 vocational high school teachers from two schools in Serang City: SMKN 2 Serang City and SMK PGRI 1 Serang City. Sampling was conducted using a purposive sampling technique. The research instrument was a closed-ended questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results indicate that teacher readiness in utilizing technology is categorized as ready, with high average scores for indicators such as computer and internet access, technology use, and positive attitudes toward technology. Meanwhile, teacher readiness in blended learning also categorized as ready, particularly in the aspects of planning, implementation, assessment, and evaluation of learning. Factors influencing readiness include experience using technology, availability of facilities, and teacher training. These findings indicate that vocational high school teachers in Serang City are well prepared to implement blended learning, although they still need increased support in facilities, training, and development.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesiapan guru SMK dalam menggunakan model pembelajaran blended learning dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesiapan tersebut berdasarkan tingkat kesiapan dalam indikator. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian survei. Subjek penelitian adalah guru SMK sebanyak 30 guru dari dua sekolah di kota serang, yaitu SMKN 2 Kota Serang dan SMK PGRI 1 Kota Serang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket tertutup dengan skala likert. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa kesiapan guru dalam pemanfaatan teknologi tergolong kategori siap dengan nilai rata-rata tinggi pada indikator kemampuan mengakses komputer dan internet, penggunaan teknologi, serta sikap positif terhadap teknologi. Sementara itu, kesiapan guru dalam pembelajaran blended learning juga menunjukan kategori siap, terutama pada aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penilaian, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesiapan meliputi pengalaman penggunaan teknologi, ketersediaan fasilitas, serta pelatihan guru. Temuan ini menunjukan bahwa guru SMK di Kota Serang memiliki kesiapan yang baik untuk mengimplementasikan blended learning, meskipun masih memerlukan peningkatan dukungan sarana, pelatihan dan pengembangan.
