Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of Job Satisfaction in mediating the influence of Work Facilities and Servant Leadership on Employee Performance at PT Artha Mandala Pratama. The population in this study consists of 96 employees of PT Artha Mandala Pratama, all of whom were selected as research samples using a saturated sampling technique. The research method employed is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature review. The data analysis method used in this research is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0 as the analytical tool. The results of the study indicate that Work Facilities have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Servant Leadership also has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Furthermore, Work Facilities have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, and Servant Leadership likewise has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Job Satisfaction itself has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Additionally, the findings reveal that Job Satisfaction does not mediate the effect of Work Facilities on Employee Performance, but partially mediates the influence of Servant Leadership on Employee Performance. These results suggest that providing adequate work facilities and implementing servant leadership not only enhance employee performance directly but also indirectly through improving job satisfaction.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji, peran Kepuasan Kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh Fasilitas Kerja, dan Kepemimpinan Melayani terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Artha Mandala Pratama. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Artha Mandala Pratama yang berjumlah 96 orang, dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 96 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Fasilitas Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kepemimpinan Melayani berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Fasilitas Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Kepemimpinan Melayani berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Selain itu, hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja tidak memiliki efek mediasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan memediasi secara parsial pengaruh Kepemimpinan Melayani terhadap Kinerja Karyawan,. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penyediaan fasilitas kerja yang memadai dan penerapan kepemimpinan melayani tidak hanya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara langsung, tetapi juga secara tidak langsung melalui peningkatan kepuasan kerja.
