Abstract

This study aims to test, analyze, and prove the mediating role of Job Satisfaction (Z) in the relationship between Perceived Organizational Support (X) and Affective Commitment (Y) at the Serang City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office. The population in this study was 85 employees of the Serang City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office, with a sample size of 85 employees using a saturated sampling technique. The research method used was quantitative with a descriptive approach. This study collected data based on observations, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The data analysis method used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 4.0 analysis tool. This study found that Perceived Organizational Support (X) had a positive and significant effect on Affective Commitment (Y). Perceived Organizational Support (X) had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Z). Job Satisfaction (Z) had a positive and significant effect on Affective Commitment (Y). Job Satisfaction (Z) was able to mediate Perceived Organizational Support (X) with Affective Commitment (Y).

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji, menganalisis, dan membuktikan bagaimana peran mediasi Job Satisfaction (Z) pada hubungan Perceived Organizational Support (X) dengan Affective Commitment (Y) pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Serang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Serang yang berjumlah 85 orang pegawai dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 85 pegawai dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini melakukan pengumpulan data berdasarkan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 4.0. Penelitian ini memiliki hasil bahwa Perceived Organizational Support (X) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Affective Commitment (Y). Perceived Organizational Support (X) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction (Z). Job Satisfaction (Z) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Affective Commitment (Y). Job Satisfaction (Z) mampu memediasi Perceived Organizational Support (X) dengan Affective Commitment (Y).
