Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh profetik leadership (X1) dan strategi pembinaan (X2) terhadap kualitas sumber daya manusia (Y) pada yayasan daarussibyan kota serang . Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan dekriptif . Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 45 responden di yayasan daarussibyan sampel penelitian ini mengunakan seluruh populasi penelitian dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh . Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis SPSS 3.0 versi pelajar . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Profetik leadership berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap sumber daya manusia .Artinya semakin tingggi tingat profetik yang dimiliki ketua yayasan daarussibyan maka semakin tingi juga strategi pembinaan di yayasan darussibyan maka semakin tinggi juga startegi pembinaan di yayasan daarussibyan .dengan ini demikian hipotesis pertama (H1) dalam penelitian ini ditolak Strategi pembinaan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kualitas sumber daya manusia Artinya pembinaan santri dan siswa tidak dapat mempengaruhi kegiatan pembelajaran di yayasan darussibyan . Dengan demikian hipotesis kedua (H2) dalam penelitian ini ditolak. Strategi pembinaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas sumber daya manusia .Artinya semakin tinggi tingkat strategi pembinaan di yayasan daarussibyan ,maka semakin tinggi juga tingkat strategi pembinaan di yayasan daarussibyan dengan demikian hipotesis ke 3 ( H3 ) dam penelitian ini diterima .

| Additional Information: | The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of prophetic leadership (X1) and coaching strategies (X2) on the quality of human resources (Y) at the Daarussibyan Foundation in Serang City. The method used in this study was quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study was 45 respondents at the Daarussibyan Foundation. This study sample used the entire study population using saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used the SPSS 3.0 student version analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that prophetic leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on human resources. This means that the higher the prophetic level of the chairman of the Daarussibyan Foundation, the higher the development strategy at the Daarussibyan Foundation. Thus, the first hypothesis (H1) in this study is rejected. The coaching strategy has a negative and insignificant effect on the quality of human resources. This means that the coaching of students and students cannot influence learning activities at the Darussibyan Foundation. Thus, the second hypothesis (H2) in this study is rejected. The development strategy has a positive and significant impact on human resource quality. This means that the higher the development strategy at the Daarussibyan Foundation, the higher the level of development strategy at the Daarussibyan Foundation. Thus, Hypothesis 3 (H3) of this study is accepted. | |||||||||||||||||||||
