Abstract

This research aims to determine the achievement of students' numeracy literacy abilities in terms of self-efficacy which is the result of implementing the Think Pair Share cooperative learning model and conventional learning. The method used in this research is a quasi-experimental quantitative method with The Nonequivalent Pretest- Posttest Control Group Design. The population in this study were 10th grade students of SMAN 1 Binuang, Serang Regency. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling, namely selecting two classes which were used as experimental classes which received learning using a metacognitive approach with the advance organizer model and a control class which received learning using conventional learning. The instruments used in this research consisted of a numeracy literacy ability test and a self-efficacy questionnaire. The results of data analysis using the t test, namely a two-way ANOVA test with the conclusions: (1) the numeracy literacy abilities of students who received learning using the Think Pair Share cooperative learning model were better compared to students who received learning using conventional learning, (2) the numeracy literacy abilities of students at a high level of self-efficacy it is better than at a medium and low level of self-efficacy, (3) there is no interaction between the learning model and the level of self-efficacy on numeracy literacy abilities

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pencapaian kemampuan literasi numerasisiswa ditinjau dari efikasi diri yang merupakan hasil dari penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif Think Pair Share dan pembelajaran konvensional. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode kuantitatif jenis kuasi eksperimen dengan The Nonequivalent Pretest- Postest Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 10 SMAN 1 Binuang Kabupaten Serang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling, yaitu memilih dua kelas yang dijadikan sebagai kelas eksperimen yang mendapat pembelajaran dengan pendekatan metakognitif dengan model advance organizer dan kelas kontrol yang mendapat pembelajaran dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari tes kemampuan tes kemampuan literasi numerasi dan angket efikasi diri. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji t yaitu uji anova dua jalan dengan kesimpulan : (1) kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa yang mendapat pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif Think Pair Share lebih baik dibandingkan dengan siswa yang mendapat pembelajaran dengan pembelajaran konvensinal, (2) kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa pada level efikasi diri tinggi lebih baik dibandingkan dengan level efikasi diri sedang dan rendah, (3) tidak terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan level efikasi diri terhadap kemampuan literasi numerasi
