Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of supply chain collaboration, organizational commitment, and supply chain integration on operational performance at PT. Supra Teratai Metal. The research method employed is a quantitative approach, with data collected through the distribution of questionnaires measured using an interval scale. A total of 57 respondents were used as both the sample and the population, applying a non-probability sampling technique (saturated sampling). The data analysis method used is SmartPLS 3.0, which includes instrument testing, outer model, and inner model evaluation. Based on the data analysis using SmartPLS 3.0, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) supply chain collaboration has a significant influence on operational performance; (2) organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on operational performance; and (3) supply chain integration has a positive and significant influence on operational performance.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kolaborasi rantai pasok, komitmen organisasi, dan integrasi rantai pasok terhadap kinerja operasi pada PT. Supra Teratai Metal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan melakukan pengumpulan data berdasarkan penyebaran kuesioner dengan pengukuran menggunakan skala interval. Dan menggunakan 57 responden sebagai sampel sekaligus populasi atau disebut dengan nonprobability sampling (sampel jenuh). Metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah alat analisis SmartPLS 3.0 yang terdiri dari uji instrument, uji outer dan inner model. Dari hasil perhitungan data yang telah diolah menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0, maka dapat kesimpulan: (1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari kolaborasi terhadap kinerja operasional. (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari komitmen terhadap kinerja operasional. (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari integrasi rantai pasok terhadap kinerja operasional. | |||||||||
