Abstract
This study aims to determine (1) the process of community empowerment through the Pamitra Women Farmers Group (KWT) in Pamarayan Village, Jiput District, (2) the results of the Pamitra Women Farmers Group (KWT) in Pamarayan Village, Jiput District, (3) supporting and inhibiting factors for community empowerment through the Pamitra Women Farmers Group (KWT) in Jiput District. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. The data sources in this study consisted of 10 people, namely 1 head of the Pamitra KWT, 1 secretary of the Pamitra KWT, 1treasurer of the Pamitra KWT, 7 members of the Pamitra KWT. The results of this study indicate that (1) The community Empowerment process which can be seen from the inclusion, awareness, capacity building, empowerment and evalution stages (2) The results of community empowerment through the Pamitra Women Farmers Group are increased family income such as opportunities for work partners, increased productivity, coaching, and inceased effectiveness/strategy. (3) Supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of empowerment are motivation, support from the village government and the conditions and needs of the community. The obstacles include limited natural resources, limited facilities and infrastructure, and limited participation. Suggestions in this study are able to provide guidance in training and farming activities and members are able to improve the skills they have acquired og this study are that the empowerment process is running according to the empowerment indicators so that there is an increase ini family income. | Additional Information: | Pada Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui (1) Proses Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Pamitra di Desa Pamarayan Kecamatan Jiput, (2) Hasil dari Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Pamitra di Desa Pamarayan Kecamatan Jiput, (3) Faktor Pendukung dan Penghambat Pemberdayaan Masyarakat melalui Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Pamitra Kecamatan Jiput. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 10 orang, yaitu 1 orang ketua KWT Pamitra, 1 orang Sekretaris KWT Pamitra, 1 orang bendahara KWT Pamitra, 7 orang anggota KWT Pamitra. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Proses Pemberdayaan Masyarakat sudah mencapai 5 indikator proses pemberdayaan bisa dilihat dari pemerataan, penyadaran, pengkapasitasan, pendayaan dan tahap evaluasi, (2) Hasil pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui Kelompok Wanita Tani Pamitra yaitu meningkatnya pendapatan keluarga seperti peluang mitra kerja, meningkatnya produktivitas, pembinaan, dan meningkatnya efektif/strategi. (3) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan pemberdayaan adanya motivasi, dukungan pemerintah desa dan kondisi dan kebutuhan masyarakat. Adapun hambatan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya alam keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana, dan keterbatasan partisipasi. Saran dalam penelitian ini mampu memberikan bimbingan dalam pelatihan dan kegiatan pertanian dan anggota mampu meningkatkan kemampuan yang didapatkan sehingga dapat membangun kemandirian sendiri. Hasil pada penelitian ini yaitu proses pemberdayaan berjalan sesuai dengan indikator pemberdayaan sehingga adanya peningkatan pendapatan keluarga.
