Abstract
Fintech is a technology-based financial innovation that provides services in an easy, efficient, and convenient manner. For example, GoPay e-wallet has become a popular tool for meeting daily needs, both food and non-food. However, GoPay e-wallet also faces challenges in terms of user acceptance of the technology, which can affect the intention to use it, especially in Cilegon City. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of ease of use, usefulness, and trust, and to provide recommendations for improving the intention to use GoPay e-wallet. This study employs a mixed-method approach, utilizing the results of a questionnaire survey, which are then processed and analyzed using the SEM-PLS method. This study was conducted with a sample of 100 GoPay e-wallet users in Cilegon City using SmartPLS version 4 software. The results show that perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention to use, with a path coefficient of 0.288 and a p-value of 0.002. Perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention to use, with a path coefficient of 0.346 and a p-value of 0.000. Trust has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention to use, with a path coefficient of 0.336 and a p-value of 0.001. This study recommends, among other things, adjusting the application to make it user-friendly, optimizing features, reducing the minimum transaction amount and administrative costs, and improving security to prevent data misuse.

| Additional Information: | Fintech adalah inovasi keuangan berbasis teknologi yang menyediakan layanan secara mudah, efisien, dan nyaman. Misalnya, e-wallet GoPay telah menjadi alat populer untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari, baik makanan maupun non-makanan. Namun, e-wallet GoPay juga menghadapi tantangan dalam hal penerimaan teknologi oleh pengguna, yang dapat memengaruhi niat untuk menggunakannya, khususnya di Kota Cilegon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh persepsi kemudahan, persepsi kebermanfaatan, dan kepercayaan, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan niat menggunakan e-wallet GoPay. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mix-method, dengan menggunakan hasil survei kuesioner lalu diproses dan dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM-PLS. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan sampel 100 pengguna e-wallet GoPay di Kota Cilegon menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat menggunakan, dengan path coefficient 0,288 dan p-value 0,002. Persepsi kebermanfaatan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat menggunakan, dengan path coefficient 0,346 dan p-value 0,000.
