Abstract

| Additional Information: | Disertasi ini berangkat dari latar belakang bahwa evaluasi kinerja guru SMK masih didominasi praktik administratif tahunan, pemanfaatan portofolio digital relatif rendah, dan belum tersedia instrumen e-portofolio yang baku serta komprehensif. Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan kebutuhan akan sistem evaluasi berbasis evidensi yang mendorong refleksi profesional, memfasilitasi umpan balik dua arah, dan memperkuat akuntabilitas peningkatan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan produk e-portofolio bernama e-portoqu untuk mengevaluasi sekaligus memacu peningkatan kinerja guru SMK. Secara khusus, penelitian ini menguji validitas, kepraktisan yang mencakup usability dan kesesuaian alur kerja, serta efektivitas penggunaan e-portoqu dalam konteks nyata sekolah. Perancangan juga diarahkan untuk mendukung rekam evidensi karier dan proses kenaikan jabatan fungsional, sehingga setiap capaian guru terdokumentasi secara tertelesur dan siap diaudit. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Siklus ADDIE diterapkan secara iteratif dan fleksibel. Produk akhir mencakup modul profil dan target kinerja, RPP dan desain pembelajaran, pelaksanaan dan evidensi praktik, refleksi dan umpan balik, rubrik indikator yang terhubung langsung dengan bukti, verifikasi dan jejak audit, serta laporan analitik untuk pembinaan. Implementasi didahului oleh pelatihan singkat dan pendampingan agar selaras dengan SOP sekolah serta proses supervisi dan penjaminan mutu. Uji coba melibatkan 226 guru dari 10 SMK lintas kecamatan di Kabupaten Tangerang. Hasil validasi menunjukkan e-portoqu memenuhi kriteria valid pada aspek konten, tampilan atau fungsionalitas, dan kelengkapan panduan. Dari sisi kepraktisan, guru memberikan skor rata rata 4,33 dari 5 atau setara 86,6 persen. Hasil ini menegaskan kemudahan akses, kejelasan navigasi, kelancaran proses unggah dan penautan bukti pada setiap indikator, serta kesesuaian alur dengan proses kerja sekolah. Efektivitas penggunaan tercermin dari peningkatan rerata skor pretest sebesar 68,48 menjadi 80,97 pada posttest. Distribusi N-Gain menunjukkan kategori sedang pada mayoritas peserta sekitar 63 persen. Temuan tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa e-portoqu tidak hanya merapikan dokumentasi, tetapi juga berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru melalui praktik refleksi yang terstruktur, umpan balik supervisor yang spesifik, serta siklus perbaikan yang lebih cepat. Secara mekanisme, e-portoqu menggeser praktik evaluasi dari pendekatan administratif dan sumatif menuju evaluasi autentik berbasis evidensi. Setiap skor penilaian terhubung dengan artefak pembuktian seperti RPP, instrumen asesmen, dokumentasi proyek vokasional, catatan supervisi, dan sertifikat pengembangan profesional. Proses ini diverifikasi oleh atasan langsung dan terekam dalam jejak audit. Laporan otomatis yang dihasilkan memudahkan sekolah memetakan area penguatan, merancang pembinaan yang lebih presisi, serta melakukan monitoring mutu secara efisien. Arsitektur yang modular dan kesesuaian dengan proses sekolah membuat e-portoqu siap direplikasi pada berbagai satuan pendidikan vokasi dengan kebutuhan adaptasi yang minimal. Disimpulkan bahwa model e-portofolio yang dikembangkan layak diimplementasikan sebagai alat evaluasi berbasis evidensi yang menumbuhkan budaya refleksi, transparansi, dan perbaikan berkelanjutan di SMK. Dampak praktisnya meliputi guru yang memiliki kebiasaan reflektif, dokumentasi yang lebih mudah, dan peta area penguatan yang jelas. Bagi sekolah, sistem ini meningkatkan akuntabilitas dan efisiensi monitoring mutu serta menyediakan dasar perencanaan pembinaan yang lebih presisi.
