Abstract
Economic growth is an economic problem and is one of the important phenomena experienced by several developed and developing countries, in a high economic development is a target in achieving especially for developing countries, then in this study aims to identify the influence of the the cultural development index (CPI) in 4 dimensions: Cultural Economy (EB), Cultural Heritage (WB), Cultural Expression (EKB) and Gender (GP). on the rate of economic growth (LPE). This study uses the Generalized Method of Moment (GMM) method with data taken in this study are secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (KPPPA), the Ministry of Culture, and the Directorate General of Regional Development - Ministry of Home Affairs, using data from 32 Provinces in Indonesia from 2018 - 2023. The estimation results using the GMM method show that the effectiveness ratio of the results on EB has a significant negative effect on LPE, the ratio variable on WB has a negative but insignificant effect on LPE, the EKB ratio variable has a significant positive effect on LPE, the GP ratio variable has a negative but insignificant effect on LPE, so in this case there needs to be a strong push from all elements of society to work together to provide cultural impacts for the purpose of equitable economic development.

| Additional Information: | Pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan masalah perekonomian dan menjadi salah satu fenomena penting yang dialami beberapa negara maju dan berkembang, dalam sebuah pembangunan ekonomi yang tinggi merupakan sasaran dalam pencapaian khususnya untuk negara berkembang, kemudian dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh Indeks Pembangunan Kebudayaan (IPK) dalam 4 dimensi : Ekonomi Budaya (EB), Warisan Budaya (WB), Ekspresi Budaya (EKB) dan Gender (GP). terhadap laju pertumbuhan ekonomi (LPE). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Generalized Method of Moment (GMM) dengan data yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang berasal dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), Kementerian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (KPPPA), Kementerian Kebudayaan, dan Direktorat Jenderal Bina Pembangunan Daerah – Kementerian Dalam Negeri, dengan menggunakan data 32 Provinsi di Indonesia dari tahun 2018 – 2023. Hasil estimasi menggunakan metode GMM menunjukan bahwa rasio efektivitas pada hasil pada EB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap LPE, Variabel rasio pada WB berpengaruh negatif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap LPE, Variabel rasio EKB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap LPE, variabel rasio GP berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap LPE, maka dalam hal ini perlu adanya dorongan kuat dari semua elemen masyarakat untuk Bersama sama memberikan dampak budaya guna tujuan pembangunan ekonomi yang merata. | |||||||||
