Abstract
Basketball is a sport played by two (2) teams, each consisting of five (5) players. Points are scored through shooting, so every player must have good shooting ability. This study will discuss training methods using the BEEF concept for subjects who do not yet have good shooting skills. The aim is to determine if there is a significant effect of shooting training using the BEEF concept on basketball shooting accuracy in early adolescents. This research method is a pre-experimental study. Using a total sample of 30 people. The research analysis techniques include Validity Test, Reliability Test, descriptive statistics, Normality test, t-test (hypothesis). The results of the paired samples t-test for the pre-test mean value were 86.3333 and for the post-test mean value were 107.6333. Meanwhile, the pre-test standard deviation was 11.29337, and the post-test standard deviation was 11.75169. Finally, the pre-test standard error of the mean was 2.06188, while the post-test standard error of the mean was 2.14556. The pre-test results showed a difference, with a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a difference in shooting skills between the pre-test and post-test. It was concluded that the hypothesis was supported, as shooting practice using the BEEF concept was able to significantly improve basketball shooting skills.

| Additional Information: | Bola basket merupakan olahraga yang dimainkan oleh dua (2) tim yang masing- masing beranggotakan lima (5) orang pemain, dan untuk pengambilan point score didapatkan dari shooting maka dari itu setiap pemain harus memiliki kemampuan shooting yang baik, dalam penelitian ini akan membahas metode latihan dengan konsep BEEF kepada subyek yang belum memiliki kemampuan shooting dengan baik. Tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan pada latihan shooting dengan konsep BEEF terhadap akurasi shooting bola basket pada remaja awal. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan pra-eksperimental. Dengan menggunakan total sampling yang berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik analisis penelitian meliputi Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, statistik deskripsi, uji Normalitas, uji t (hipotesis). hasil statistik paired sampel t-test untuk nilai rata-rata pre test sebesar 86,3333 dan untuk rata-rata post test sebesar 107,6333. Sedangkan nilai standar deviasi pre test sebesar 11,29337, untuk nilai standar deviasi post test sebesar 11,75169. Dan yang terakhir, nilai standar error mean pre test sebesar 2,06188, sedangkan nilai standar error mean post test sebesar 2,14556. hasil pre test terdapat perbedaan hasil yaitu dengan diketahui sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang menyatakan adanya perbedaan hasil dari pre test dengan post test keterampilan shooting, disimpulkan hasil hipotesis dinyatakan ada pengaruh latihan shooting dengan konsep BEEF mampu meningkatkan secara signifikan keterampilan shooting bola basket. | |||||||||
