Abstract
The implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program is a response to the demands of an increasingly dynamic and competitive labor market. However, the implementation of MBKM in Private Universities (PTS), particularly in the Kampus Mengajar program, still faces challenges in the assessment aspect, such as limited evaluation systems, non-standardized grade conversion, and the lack of involvement of course lecturers in the assessment process. This study aims to: (1) Develop a web-based information system as a medium for evaluating students’ microskills in the Kampus Mengajar program; (2) Describe and analyze the microskill conditions of students after participating in the Kampus Mengajar program; (3) Measure and analyze the effectiveness of the webbased information system in evaluating the microskills of students participating in the Kampus Mengajar program. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model. Data sources were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and students’ final reports. The data were analyzed using a mixedmethod approach and Black Box Testing. The findings indicate that: (1) the developed information system successfully addresses the inefficiencies and lack of transparency in manual evaluations. The system enables real-time monitoring of microskill achievements, provides continuous feedback, and facilitates learning-outcome-based grade conversion. (2) Student achievements reflect strengths in adaptability and leadership, yet require improvement in two-way communication, time management, and problem analysis. (3) The system proves to be effective, efficient, user-friendly, and integrable with academic program management. The study recommends strengthening coordination among stakeholders, implementing competency-based training, and developing standardized evaluation instruments aligned with the principles of constructive alignment in higher education curricula.

| Additional Information: | Implementasi program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) merupakan respons terhadap kebutuhan dunia kerja yang dinamis dan kompetitif. Namun, pelaksanaan MBKM di Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS), khususnya pada Program Kampus Mengajar, masih menghadapi kendala pada aspek asesmen, seperti keterbatasan sistem evaluasi, konversi nilai yang belum terstandar, serta minimnya pelibatan dosen pengampu dalam proses penilaian. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web sebagai media evaluasi microskill mahasiswa program Kampus Mengajar; (2) Menjelaskan dan menganalisis kondisi microskill mahasiswa sesudah mengikuti program Kampus Mengajar; (3) Mengukur dan menganalisis efektivitas system informasi berbasis web dalam mengevaluasi microskill mahasiswa peserta program Kampus Mengajar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE. Sumber data dikumpulkan melalui angket, wawancara, dan dokumen Laporan Akhir mahasiswa. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan mixmethod dan Black Box Testing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) sistem informasi yang dikembangkan mampu mengatasi permasalahan evaluasi manual yang selama ini tidak efisien dan kurang transparan. Sistem memungkinkan pemantauan capaian microskill secara real-time, pemberian umpan balik berkelanjutan, serta konversi nilai berbasis capaian pembelajaran. (2) Capaian mahasiswa menunjukkan kekuatan dalam adaptasi dan kepemimpinan, namun masih perlu penguatan dalam komunikasi dua arah, manajemen waktu, dan analisis masalah. (3) Sistem terbukti efektif, efisien, user-friendly, dan dapat diintegrasikan dengan manajemen akademik program studi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan koordinasi antar pemangku kepentingan, pelatihan berbasis kompetensi, serta penyusunan instrumen evaluasi yang terstandar dan selaras dengan prinsip constructive alignment dalam kurikulum pendidikan tinggi. | |||||||||
