Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas kehidupan dan kecerdasan emosional kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan mediasi kepuasan kerja pada PT. Cilegon Karya Nusa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 sampel yang diambil menggunakan teknik sampling sensus atau sample jenuh. Dalam menganalisis data, penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0 dengan melakukan pengukuran outer dan inner model untuk menguji instrumen dan hipotesis. Hasil pada penlitian ini 1)Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja Berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, 2) Kecerdasan Emosional berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, 3) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, 4)Kepuasan Kerja memediasi hubungan antara Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, 5) Kepuasan Kerja memediasi hubungan antara Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Kinerja Karyawan). Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja, Kecerdasan Emosional, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.

| Additional Information: | This research aims to determine the influence of the quality of life, intelligence and emotional work on employee performance, mediated by job satisfaction at PT. Cilegon Karya Nusa. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The sample used was 100 samples taken using Census sampling technique or saturated sample . In analyzing the data, this research uses the SmartPLS 4.0 application by measuring the outer and inner models to test instruments and hypotheses.
