Abstract

This Study aims to analyze the effect of collaboration on logistics performance with logistics capability as an intervening variable at PT. Ciomas Ariya Samudera. Using a quantitive approach through a survey of 40 companies that use the service of PT. Ciomas Ariya Samudera, the data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method the assistance of SmartPLS 4.1.12 software. The results show that: (1) collaboration has a positive and significant effect on logistics performance, (2) collaboration has a positive and significant effect on logistcs capability, (3) logistics capability has a postive and significant effect on logistcs performance, and (4) logistics capability has a positive and significant effect in partially mediating (compilimentary partial mediaton) the relationship between collaboration and logistics performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kolaborasi terhadap kinerja logistik dengan kapabilitas logistik sebagai variabel intervening pada PT. Ciomas Ariya Samudera. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei terhadap 40 perusahaan pengguna jasa PT. Ciomas Ariya Samudera, data dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dibantu dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.1.1.2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kolaborasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja logistik, (2) kolaborasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kapabilitas logistik, (3) kapabilitas logistik berpangruh postif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja logistik, (4) kapabilitas logistik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam memediasi hubungan antara kolaborasi dan kinerja logistik secara parsial atau sebagian (compilmentary partial mediation).
