Abstract

This study aims to describe: 1) How is Life Skills Education Program Training Organized through Traditional Food Processing to Improve Entrepreneurial Capabilities at PKBM Berkah, Menes District, Pandeglang Regency, 2) How are the results of Life Skills Education Program Training Implementation? through Traditional Food Processing to Improve Entrepreneurship Capabilities at PKBM Berkah, Menes District, Pandeglang Regency, 3) What are the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for Organizing Life Skills Education Program Training through Traditional Food Processing to Improve Entrepreneurial Capabilities at PKBM Berkah. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach to selecting research subjects using a purposive approach. The subjects of this study were PKBM Berkah managers, resource persons or tutors in the Organizing of Life Skill Education Program Training for Traditional Food Processing to Improve Entrepreneurial Capability at PKBM Berkah Pandeglang. The data collection was carried out using observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies. Processing techniques and data analysis is carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that: 1) Organizing the Life Skills Education Program Training for Traditional Food Processing to Improve Entrepreneurial Capability at PKBM Berkah Pandeglang through the process stage, implementation stage, and evaluation stage. 2) results of training in the Traditional Food Processing Life Skills Education Program to Improve Entrepreneurial Ability at PKBM Berkah Pandeglang Cognitive domain The ability to understand material about entrepreneurship training, know the steps for woven bamboo handicrafts. The affective domain is the attitude of the learner during the training, active participation in the learning process, being responsible during the learning process the behavior of the learner during the training process. Skills, ability to practice life skills education training procedures, ability to make traditional food. 3) What is the impact of the training? What are the supporting factors and inhibiting factors? Organizing Life Skills Education Program Training through Traditional Food Processing to Improve Entrepreneurial Capability at PKBM Berkah and the ability of learning residents to improve their standard of living, Mastering jobs in the field of traditional food, increasing participation residents learn in social activities in the community around PKBM.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif pemilihan subjek penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan purposive. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pengelola PKBM Berkah, narasumber atau tutor dalam Penyelenggaraan Pelatihan Program Pendidikan Kecakapan Hidup (life skill) Pengolahan Makanan Tradisional Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berwirausaha di PKBM Berkah Pandeglang. Dalam pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan dan anlisis data dilakukan melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Penyelenggaraan Pelatihan Program Pendidikan Kecakapan Hidup (life skill) Pengolahan Makanan Tradisional Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berwirausaha di PKBM Berkah Pandeglang
