Abstract
This research is a development research conducted in response to the global issue of Triple Planetary Crisis which is still a concern today, as well as the results of pre-research in the field which indicate low scientific literacy of students and limited teaching materials in learning, especially on climate change material. The urgency of teaching this material through the Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) approach is to build students who are aware of sustainability in the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the educational environment. In an effort to answer this challenge, an ESD-based interactive teaching material was develop on climate change material in science learning. The development process was carried out using the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model which was limited to the development stage. The instruments used included expert validation sheets and student response questionnaires. The validation results showed a validity level of 94,8% with a very valid category. Meanwhile, the trial of the teaching material on students showed a positive response of 87,8% which was categorized as very good. These findings reflect that ESD-based interactive teaching materials are considered very valid and effective as teaching materials in science learning.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang dilakukan sebagai tanggapan terhadap isu global Triple Planetary Crisis yang masih menjadi perhatian hingga kini, serta hasil pra-penelitian di lapangan yang mengindikasikan rendahnya literasi saintifik peserta didik dan terbatasnya bahan ajar dalam pembelajaran terutama pada materi perubahan iklim. Urgensi diajarkan materi ini melalui pendekatan Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) yaitu untuk membangun peserta didik yang sadar terhadap keberlanjutan dalam rangka Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) di lingkungan pendidikan. Dalam upaya menjawab tantangan tersebut, dikembangkan sebuah bahan ajar interaktif berbasis ESD pada materi perubahan iklim dalam pembelajaran IPA. Proses pengembangan dilakukan menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang dibatasi hingga tahap development. Instrumen yang digunakan mencakup lembar validasi ahli dan angket respon peserta didik. Hasil validasi menunjukkan tingkat validitas sebesar 94,8% dengan kategori sangat valid. Sementara itu, uji coba bahan ajar terhadap peserta didik menunjukkan respon positif sebesar 87,8% yang berkategori sangat baik. Temuan ini mencerminkan bahwa bahan ajar interaktif berbasis ESD dinilai sangat valid dan efektif sebagai bahan ajar dalam pembelajaran IPA. | |||||||||
