Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of self-efficacy and creativity on entrepreneurial intention among training participants at the Wiyata Multikarya Training and Education Institute (LKP) in Cilegon City. The research approach used is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis. The research sample consists of 45 training participants obtained through saturated sampling techniques. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire instrument, while data analysis was performed using IBM SPSS Statistics software version 29.0 for Windows. The results showed that: (1) self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention, (2) creativity had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention, and (3) self-efficacy and creativity simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination, an Adjusted R Square value of 0.741 was obtained, indicating that the two independent variables were able to explain 74.1% of the variation in entrepreneurial intention, while the remaining 25.9% was influenced by other factors outside this study. These findings indicate the importance of strengthening self-confidence and increasing creativity in shaping the interest and readiness for entrepreneurship among training participants.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh self-efficacy dan kreativitas terhadap intensi berwirausaha pada peserta pelatihan di Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan (LKP) Wiyata Multikarya Kota Cilegon. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan ialah kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 45 peserta pelatihan yang diperoleh melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS Statistics versi 29.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) self-efficacy memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha, (2) kreativitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha, serta (3) self-efficacy dan kreativitas secara simultan memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi, diperoleh nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,741, yang menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel bebas tersebut mampu menjelaskan sebesar 74,1% variasi dari intensi berwirausaha, sedangkan 25,9% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Temuan ini mengindikasikan pentingnya penguatan keyakinan diri dan peningkatan kreativitas dalam membentuk minat serta kesiapan berwirausaha pada peserta pelatihan. | |||||||||
