Abstract
Students at the high school/vocational school level consider that chemistry is a very difficult material to understand. Students' learning difficulties in the periodic table of elements material are the most needed level of understanding of this material, when this material experiences misconceptions it will have fatal consequences for the ongoing learning understanding. If in this material students do not understand the concept well then students will have difficulty learning the next material. There is a problem formulation, namely how to develop chemistry learning media based on the Truth or Dare game on the periodic table of group A elements material, as well as knowing the results of feasibility and knowing students' responses to the media. This study aims to develop chemistry learning media based on the Truth or Dare game on the periodic table of group A elements material, as well as knowing the feasibility and students' responses to the media. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. The media was developed in the form of cards containing "truth" and "dare" questions designed to increase students' involvement and understanding of chemical concepts. Validation results by material experts, media experts, and question experts indicated that the developed media was highly suitable for use, with a Väiken's score of more than 0.87 for all assessed aspects. Field trials involving 49 10th-grade vocational high school students showed that the media received a very positive response, with an average score of 85%. The media was deemed engaging, easy to use, and effective in helping students understand abstract material.

| Additional Information: | Peserta didik ditingkat SMA/SMK menganggap bahwa materi kimia merupakan suatu materi yang sangat sulit dipahami kesulitan belajar siswa pada materi tabel periodik unsur tingkat pemahaman materi ini merupakan hal yang paling dibutuhkan, ketika materi ini mengalami miskonsepsi maka akan berakibat fatal pada pemahaman pembelajaran yang berlangsung. Jika pada materi ini siswa tidak memahami konsep dengan baik maka siswa akan kesulitan belajar materi selanjutnya. Terdapat rumusann masalah yaitu bagaimna cara mengembangkan media pembelajaran kimia berbasis permainan Truth or Dare pada materi tabel periodik unsur golongan A, serta mengetahui hasil kelayakan dan megetahui respon peserta didik terhadap media tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran kimia berbasis permainan Truth or Dare pada materi tabel periodik unsur golongan A, serta mengetahui kelayakan dan tanggapan peserta didik terhadap media tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Media dikembangkan dalam bentuk kartu berisi soal “truth” (benar) dan “dare” (tantangan) yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman peserta didik terhadap konsep kimia. Hasil validasi oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli soal menunjukkan bahwa media yang dikembangkan sangat layak digunakan dengan nilai VAiken’s lebih dari 0,87 untuk semua aspek yang dinilai. Uji coba lapangan yang melibatkan 49 siswa kelas X SMK menunjukkan bahwa media memperoleh respon sangat positif dengan rata-rata persentase skor sebesar 85%. Media ini dinilai menarik, mudah digunakan, dan efektif dalam membantu siswa memahami materi yang bersifat abstrak. | |||||||||
