Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of democratic leadership style, nonphysical work environment and job satisfaction on the performance of employees at CV. Rizqi Berkah Mandiri in Cilegon City. The research method used is a quantitative method. This study collects data based on a questionnaire with measurements using an ordinal scale with semantic differential scale type. And using 84 respondents as a sample as well as a population or called nonprobability sampling (saturated sample). The data analysis method used is the SmartPLS 4.0 analysis tool consisting of instrument tests, outer and inner model tests. From the results of the calculation of data that has been processed using SmartPLS 4.0, it can be concluded: (1) there is no significant effect of democratic leadership style on employee performance. (2) there is a positive and significant effect of the non-physical work environment on employee performance. (3) there is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, lingkungan kerja non fisik dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Rizqi Berkah Mandiri di Kota Cilegon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini melakukan pengumpulan data berdasarkan kuesioner dengan pengukuran menggunakan skala ordinal dengan jenis skala diferensial semantik. Dan menggunakan 84 responden sebagai sampel sekaligus populasi atau disebut dengan nonprobability sampling (sampel jenuh). Metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah alat analisis SmartPLS 4.0 yang terdiri dari uji instrumen, uji outer dan inner model. Dari hasil perhitungan data yang telah diolah menggunakan SmartPLS 4.0, maka dapat kesimpulan: (1) tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari gaya kepemimpinan demokratis terhadap kinerja karyawan. (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan | |||||||||
