Abstract

The phenomenon of using digital payments that is currently occurring in society is changing people's lifestyle patterns, and also the increasingly massive technological developments are triggering people to be more concerned about technological advances that are increasingly developing, especially technological advances in payment systems, namely digital payments. This research aims to conduct a descriptive economic analysis of technological developments in digital payments in Indonesia. As well as estimating the influence of digital payments on inflation in Indonesia. The research method used in this research is the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) which is processed using the EViews 10 application. In the short term there are no variables that influence Inflation (INF), and in the long term the volume of e-money transactions (LVTR) and Money Supply (M1) can influence inflation (INF), while other variables do not influence the inflation variable (INF) at all..
