Abstract

This study aims to prove previous research on Relationship Quality on supply chain performance and the moderating effect of information sharing on relationship dimensions of relationship quality in this case trust and commitment to supply chain performance. This research is a basic research with a purposive random sampling method taking 84 fruit retail respondents in Serang City. The analysis tool used is SmartPLS v.3.3 . The results of the study stated a significant positive result on the direct effect of Trust, Commitment and Information Sharing on supply chain performance, a significant positive on the moderation of information sharing in the relationship of trust to supply chain performance, but found no significant negative results on the moderation of information sharing in the relationship of commitment to chain performance supply

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan penelitan terdahulu mengenai relationship quality terhadap kinerja rantai pasokan dan pengaruh moderasi berbagi informasi pada hubungan dimensi kualitas, dalam hal ini adalah kepercayaan dan komitmen terhadap kinerja rantai pasokan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian basic research dengan metode pengambilan sampel purposive random sampling mengambil 84 responden ritel buah di Kota Serang. Alat analisis yang digunakan SmartPLS versi.3.3. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa terdapat hasil positif signifikan pada pengaruh langsung kepercayaan, komitmen dan berbagi informasi terhadap kinerja rantai pasokan, positif signifikan pada moderasi berbagi informasi dalam hubungan kepercayaan terhadap kinerja rantai pasokan, namun mendapati hasil negatif tidak signifikan pada moderasi berbagi informasi dalam hubungan komitmen terhadap kinerja rantai pasokan.
