Abstract
This research is motivated by the high rate of bullying behavior in the school environment, especially in SMP Negeri 5 Serang City, even though an anti-bullying program has been implemented. This program is expected to create a learning environment that is safe, comfortable, and free from physical and non-physical violence. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the anti-bullying program in suppressing student bullying behavior at SMP Negeri 5 Kota Serang. This research uses quantitative methods. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 5 Kota Serang with a sample size of 83 students in class VIII using a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used are normality test, hypothesis testing and effectiveness measurement using the Likrt Sumarting Rating method. Then the results showed that the anti-bullying program at SMP Negeri 5 Kota Serang was in the effective category by obtaining a result of 14,488> Q2 and a percentage of effectiveness of 67%, which included indicators of target accuracy, program objectives, socialization, and program monitoring. However, there are still forms of bullying behavior, especially verbal, which is quite high, as well as the negative influence of peers which is a challenge in implementing the program. As a result of the research, it can be concluded that the anti-bullying program at SMP Negeri 5 Kota Serang is quite successful in suppressing bullying behavior, although there is a need for improvement in the aspects of monitoring and follow-up of bullying cases.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya angka perilaku perundungan di lingkungan sekolah, khususnya di SMP Negeri 5 Kota Serang, meskipun telah diterapkan program anti-perundungan. Program ini diharapkan mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman, nyaman, dan terbebas dari tindak kekerasan baik fisik maupun non-fisik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas program anti-perundungan dalam menekan perilaku perundungan siswa di SMP Negeri 5 Kota Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 5 Kota Serang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 83 siswa kelas VIII dengan menggunakan angket. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan berupa Uji normalitas, uji hipotesis dan pengkuran efektivitas dengan metode Likrt Sumarting Rating. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat bantu olah data berupa Microsoft Excel dan SPSS Versi 25. Kemudian hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program anti-perundungan di SMP Negeri 5 Kota Serang berada pada kategori efektif dengan memperoleh hasil 14.488 > Q2 dan persentase efektivitas sebesar 67%, yang meliputi indikator ketepatan sasaran, tujuan program, sosialisasi, dan pemantauan program. Namun demikian, masih ditemukan bentuk perilaku perundungan khususnya verbal yang cukup tinggi, serta pengaruh negatif teman sebaya yang menjadi tantangan dalam pelaksanaan program. Hasil penelitian, ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa program anti-perundungan di SMP Negeri 5 Kota Serang cukup berhasil dalam menekan perilaku perundungan, meskipun perlu adanya peningkatan dalam aspek monitoring dan tindak lanjut kasus perundungan. | |||||||||
