Abstract
The study was, eant to know how the selected learning evaluations through compulsory national anthem were performed to promote the nationalist fourth grade student nationalism of pamarayan 3. In the rules of the number 23 in 2015 and being adopted by the elementary schools. The methods used in this study is the qualitative descriptivetype of ship. In this study class 4 is made up of students as models to be used to evaluate assigned program. Studies show that the increased nationalism of 4th graders can be seen as the learning takes place in class or outside the classroom is a red and whit flag ceremony on Monday mornings. Then it was concludedthat African learning would promote the level 4 nationalist spirit in this research evaluation.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hasil evaluasi pembelajaran afeksi siswa melalui lagu wajib nasional untuk meningkatkan jiwa nasionalisme siswa kela IV SD Negeri Pamarayan 3. Pada peraturan program pendidikan oleh mendikbud nomor 23 tahun 2015 dan diterapkan oleh sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode CIPP tipe deskriptif kualitatif. Pada penelitian ini, kela IV terdiri dari siswa sebagai model yang akan digunakan untuk mengevaluasi program yang ditugaskan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan jiwa nasionalisme siswa kelas IV dapat dilihat ketika pembelajaran berlangsung dikelas atau diluar kelas berupa: upacara bendera merah putih dihari senin pagi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran afeksi dapat meningkatkan jiwa nasionalisme siswa kelas IV dalam evaluasi penelitian ini.
