Abstract
This study aims to analyze the role of the entrepreneurship incubation program organized by the Cilegon City Cooperatives and MSMEs Office in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs. MSMEs play a crucial role in regional economic progress, including in Cilegon City. The Cilegon City Government, through the Cooperatives and MSMEs Office, organizes an entrepreneurship incubation program to help MSMEs develop. The entrepreneurship incubation program is an effort to provide support and mentoring to MSMEs so they can grow and become competitive. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, and the data collection techniques used include interviews, observations, and documents. The results of the study indicate that the entrepreneurship incubation program plays a significant role in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in Cilegon City. The Cooperatives and MSMEs Office acts as a facilitator in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the entrepreneurship incubation program. This program is designed to increase the capacity and independence of MSMEs through training, mentoring, and access to capital. However, several obstacles exist, such as the lack of active participation from MSMEs actors and limited resources. The strategies implemented include improving the quality of training, collaboration with external parties, and periodic evaluations.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran program inkubasi wirausaha yang diselenggarakan oleh Dinkop Kota Cilegon pada peningkatan daya saing UMKM. UMKM mempunyai peran penting pada kemajuan ekonomi daerah, termasuk di Kota Cilegon. Pemerintah Kota Cilegon lewat Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM menyelenggarakan program inkubasi wirausaha sebagai bentuk buat membantu UMKM berkembang. Program inkubasi wirausaha merupakan upaya buat memberikan dukungan serta pendampingan kepada UMKM agar bisa berkembang serta berdaya saing. Metode penelitian yang dipakai merupakan deskriptif bersama pendekatan kualitatif serta teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai terdiri dari wawancara, observasi, serta dokumen. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh merupakan menunjukkan bahwa program inkubasi wirausaha mempunyai peran penting pada meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di Kota Cilegon. Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM berperan sebagai fasilitator pada perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi program inkubasi wirausaha. Program ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan kapasitas serta kemandirian UMKM lewat pelatihan, pendampingan, serta akses permodalan. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala misalnya kurangnya partisipasi aktif dari pelaku UMKM serta keterbatasan sumber daya. Strategi yang diterapkan meliputi peningkatan kualitas pelatihan, kerja sama dengan pihak eksternal, serta evaluasi berkala. | |||||||||
