Abstract

XYZ Food UMKM has implemented a manual monitoring system to supervise sales service activities for consumers. However, this traditional method is less effective and time-consuming, as the system is not integrated, user access to data is limited, and there is no real-time data backup capability. To address these issues, this research was conducted by designing a website-based lean service application information system using the FAST method. The FAST method is applied to determine system development strategies by identifying and understanding problems, as well as analyzing user needs in detail and in a structured manner. The results of this study indicate that the designed website provides various services, including login pages, dashboards, CSI, VALSAT, business processes, big pictures, PAM, summaries, and profiles. Furthermore, black box testing was carried out, and the test results were declared valid, showing that all features on the website function properly. The use of the FAST method in designing this information system offers advantages in understanding and analyzing user needs while developing an organized system. This allows users to easily monitor sales service activities for consumers in real time.
