Abstract
The village government is an extension of the state in improving the development process at the local level, especially with the presence of the village fund program as a form of state concern for villages throughout Indonesia. Village funds themselves have the aim of accelerating all processes of governance, development, empowerment and welfare, considering that the village government has the responsibility to manage village funds. However, in reality there are many cases of misuse of village funds by village heads, considering that it is the village head who has full control over village funds. So that is where the implementation of Good Governance comes into the management of village funds, considering that the aim of implementing Good Governance is to create an environment for Good Governance at the village level. Therefore, this research was carried out in order to find out how far the principles of Good Governance are applied in managing village funds in Kadikaran Village for the 2024 Fiscal Year. The theory used in this research is the principles of Good Governance put forward by Sedarmayanti (2007), which explains the principles of Good Governance ”ased’on 3 indicators, namely: Accountability, Transparency and participation. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The results of this research show that the application of Good Governance principles in managing village funds in Kadikaran Village has not been implemented perfectly, where the village government only applies the principle of Accountability and does not implement the principles of transparency and participation.

| Additional Information: | Pemerintah Desa menjadi perpanjangan tangan negara dalam meningkatkan proses pembangunan di tingkat lokal, terlebih dengan hadirnya program dana desa sebagai bentuk kepedulian negara terhadap desa-desa di seluruh Indonesia. Dana desa sendiri memiliki tujuan dalam mempercepat seluruh proses pemerintahan, pembangunan, pemberdayaan, dan kesejahteraan, mengingat Pemerintah Desa memiliki tanggungjawab dalam mengelola dana desa. Akan tetapi, pada realitanya banyak sekali kasus-kasus penyalahgunaan dana desa yang dilakukan oleh kepala desa, mengingat kepala desalah yang memegang kendali penuh atas dana desa tersebut. Sehingga disitulah pengimplementasian Good Governance masuk ke dalam pengelolaan dana desa, mengingat tujuan dari penerapan Good Governance bertujuan menciptakan lingkungan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik di tingkat desa. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan dalam rangka mengetahu seberapa jauh penerapan prinsip Good Governance dalam pengelolaan dana desa di Desa Kadikaran Tahun Anggaran 2024. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah prinsip Good Governance yang dikemukakan oleh Sedarmayanti (2007), yang menjelaskan prinsip Good Governance atas 3 indikator, yaitu: Akuntabilitas, Transparansi, dan partisipasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan prinsip Good Governance dalam pengelolaan dana desa di Desa Kadikaran belum terimplementasikan dengan sempurna, dimana Pemerintah Desa hanya menerapkan prinsip Akuntabilitas saja dan kurang pengimplementasian prinsip transparansi dan partisipasi. | ||||||
