Abstract
This study aimed to determine the effect of silica (Si) solubilizing biofertilizer application enriched with palm olein diethanolamide (DEA) biosurfactant and inorganic fertilizer dosage on the growth of cocoa seedlings (Theobroma cacao L.). The experimental design used was a factorial complete group randomized design with two factors. The first factor was the application of Si solvent biofertilizer enriched with palm olein biosurfactant DEA consisting of 3 levels, namely: coffea rhizosphere (CR) Si solvent biofertilizer + biosurfactant DEA, palm rhizosphere (PR) Si solvent biofertilizer + biosurfactant DEA, and Si solvent biofertilizer consortium + biosurfactant DEA. The second factor was the dose of inorganic fertilizer consisting of 3 levels, namely: 100, 90, and 80 % NPK. The results showed that the application of Si solubilizing biofertilizer consortium + biosurfactant DEA gave significant influenced on plant height at 4, 6, 8, and 10 Weeks After Transplanting (WAT), number of leaves at 4, 8, and 10 WAT, stem diameter at 8 and 10 WAT, and leaf greenness level at 10 WAT. Application of 80% NPK significant influenced on plant height at 4, 6, 8, and 10 WAT, number of leaves at 4, 6, 8, and 10 WAT, and greenness of leaves at 10 WAT. There was an interaction between the application of silica solubilizing biofertilizer enriched with DEA biosurfactant and the dose of inorganic fertilizer on plant height at 4 and 6 WAT and stem diameter at 4 and 6 WAT.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi pupuk hayati pelarut silika (Si) yang diperkaya dengan biosurfaktan dietanolamida (DEA) olein sawit dan dosis pupuk anorganik terhadap pertumbuhan bibit kakao (Theobroma cacao L.). Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak kelompok lengkap faktorial dengan dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah aplikasi pupuk hayati pelarut Si yang diperkaya dengan biosurfaktan palm olein DEA yang terdiri dari 3 taraf, yaitu: pupuk hayati pelarut Si rizosfer kopi (RK) + biosurfaktan DEA, pupuk hayati pelarut Si rizosfer kelapa sawit (RS) + biosurfaktan DEA, dan pupuk hayati pelarut Si konsorsium + biosurfaktan DEA. Faktor kedua adalah dosis pupuk anorganik yang terdiri dari 3 taraf, yaitu: 100, 90, dan 80% NPK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian konsorsium pupuk hayati pelarut Si + biosurfaktan DEA memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman pada 4, 6, 8, dan 10 Minggu Setelah Tanam (MST), jumlah daun pada 4, 8, dan 10 MST, diameter batang pada 8 dan 10 MST, dan tingkat kehijauan daun pada 10 MST. Pemberian NPK 80% memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman pada 4, 6, 8, dan 10 MST, jumlah daun pada 4, 6, 8, dan 10 MST, dan tingkat kehijauan daun pada 10 MST. Terdapat interaksi antara pemberian pupuk hayati pelarut Si yang diperkaya biosurfaktan DEA dengan dosis pupuk anorganik terhadap tinggi tanaman pada 4 dan 6 MST serta diameter batang pada 4 dan 6 MST. | |||||||||
