Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Management Control Systems (MCS), which are projected through planning, control, reward and punishment, and work motivation, on employee performance at PT Bhumi Varta Technology. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to the company’s employees. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS version 26 software. The results of the study indicate that the variables planning, reward and punishment, and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. However, the control variable does not have a significant effect on employee performance.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Sistem Pengendalian Manajemen (SPM) yang diproyeksikan melalui perencanaan, pengendalian, reward dan punishment, serta motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bhumi Varta Technology. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan perusahaan tersebut. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel perencanaan, reward dan punishment, serta motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun, variabel pengendalian tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
