Abstract
The population used is employees who work at PT. KHI Pipe Industries, which is located in the Industrial Area ofKrakatau, Cilegon, totaling 300 employees. The research sample of 75 respondents used the Slovin formula with the Non Probability Sampling method with the incidental sampling technique. The research method used is descriptive analysis, validity and reliability and classical assumptions. The data analysis technique used is SPSS (statistical package for social sciences) version 22, namely Multiple Regression Analysis. The results showed that: 1) There is No Positive and Significant Effect of Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Performance of PT. KHI Pipe Industries. 2. The Influence of the Positive and Significant Influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT.KHI Pipe Industries. 3) Positive and Significant Effect of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance of PT. KHI Pipe Industries.

| Additional Information: | Populasi yang digunakan adalah Karyawan yang Bekerja di PT. KHI Pipe Industries yang terletak di Kawasan IndustriKrakatau Cilegon sebanyak 300 karyawan. Sampel penelitian 75 responden dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin metode Non Probability Sampling dengan teknik Insidental Sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan analisis deskriptif, valid dan reliabilitas serta Asumsi Klasik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah SPSS (statistical package for social sciences) versi 22 yaitu Analisi Regresi Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : 1) Tidak Terdapat Pengaruh Positif Dan Signifikan Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT.KHI Pipe Industries. 2. Terdapat Pengaruh Positif Dan Signifikan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT.KHI Pipe Industries. 3) Terdapat Pengaruh Positif Dan Signifikan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT.KHI Pipe Industries. | |||||||||
