Abstract
Ambassee Blue Garden Butterfly Pea Farm is an agribusiness unit located in Serang City that focuses on the cultivation and processing of butterfly pea (Clitoria ternatea L.). This study aims to analyze production costs, revenue, income, and the efficiency of the butterfly pea business at Ambassee Blue Garden. The analysis utilized financial data from the Ambassee Blue Garden Butterfly Pea Farm, encompassing all stages from cultivation through marketing, for a single production cycle spanning February 2023 to December 2024 using a descriptive quantitative method, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed using cost analysis, revenue and income calculation, Break Even Point (BEP), and Revenue-Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio). The results showed that the total cost incurred for one production season was Rp 208.374.163, with a total revenue of Rp 262,762,200, resulting in an income of Rp 54.388.037. The production BEP for the wholesale product was 613,47 kg with a sales BEP of Rp 110.424.782; for butterfly pea tubruk tea, the production BEP was 15.57 kg with a sales BEP of Rp 23.100.979; and for butterfly pea tea bags, the production BEP was 4.62 kg with a sales BEP of Rp 11.887.082. The BEP for land area was 200,30 m2. The R/C Ratio for each product showed varying levels of business efficiency: wholesale product had an R/C Ratio of 0,74, tubruk tea had an R/C Ratio of 1,70, and tea bags had an R/C Ratio 1,58. These findings indicate that tubruk tea and tea bags are more efficient and profitable compared to the wholesale product.

| Additional Information: | Kebun bunga telang Ambassee Blue Garden merupakan unit agribisnis yang berlokasi di Kota Serang dan berfokus pada budidaya serta pengolahan bunga telang (Clitoria ternatea L.). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis biaya produksi, penerimaan, pendapatan, serta efisiensi usaha bunga telang di Ambassee Blue Garden. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan data keuangan dari Ambassee Blue Garden yang mencakup seluruh tahapan, mulai dari budidaya hingga pemasaran, untuk satu siklus produksi Februari 2023 hingga Desember 2024. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan perhitungan biaya, penerimaan dan pendapatan, analisis Break Even Point (BEP), serta Revenue-Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan total biaya yang dikeluarkan selama satu musim produksi sebesar Rp 208.374.163, dengan total penerimaan Rp 262.762.200, sehingga menghasilkan pendapatan sebesar Rp 54.388.037. Titik impas (BEP) produksi untuk produk curah tercatat 613,47 kg dengan BEP penjualan Rp 110.424.782; untuk teh telang tubruk BEP produksi 15,57 kg dengan BEP penjualan Rp 23.100.979; dan untuk teh celup BEP produksi 4,62 kg dengan BEP penjualan Rp 11.887.082. BEP luas lahan tercatat 200,30 m². Nilai R/C Ratio menunjukkan tingkat efisiensi usaha yang bervariasi: produk curah 0,74, teh tubruk 1,70, dan teh celup 1,58. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa produk teh tubruk dan teh celup lebih efisien dan menguntungkan dibandingkan produk curah. | |||||||||
