Abstract
This study aims to determine: (1) the analysis of costs, revenues, and income of tempeh producers in Kaduagung Timur Village, Cibadak Subdistrict, Lebak Regency; (2) the financial feasibility analysis of tempeh businesses in Kaduagung Timur Village, Cibadak Subdistrict, Lebak Regency. This study was conducted in Kaduagung Timur Village, Cibadak Subdistrict, Lebak Regency using a survey method. The sample location was determined purposively, considering that Kaduagung Timur Village is the center of the tempe agro-industry in Cibadak Subdistrict. The research results indicate that: The average total cost is Rp 1,977,079.19, which is the sum of the average fixed cost of Rp 19,154.74 and the average variable cost of Rp 1,957,924.45. The average income obtained was Rp 182.090,12, calculated by subtracting the average total cost of Rp 1,977,079.19 from the average revenue of Rp 2.159.169,31. The feasibility analysis used was a business feasibility analysis comparing total revenue and costs. The average income obtained is Rp 2.159.169,31, and the average total cost incurred is Rp 1,977,079.19. Thus, an R/C ratio of 1.09 is obtained, meaning that the tempe business in Kaduagung Timur Village is feasible to operate and develop.

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Kaduagung Timur, Kecamatan Cibadak, Kabupaten Lebak menggunakan metode survei. Lokasi sampel ditentukan secara purposif, mengingat Desa Kaduagung Timur merupakan pusat industri agro-tempe di Kecamatan Cibadak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Biaya total rata-rata sebesar Rp 1.977.079,19, yang merupakan jumlah dari biaya tetap rata-rata sebesar Rp 19.154,74 dan biaya variabel rata-rata sebesar Rp 1.957.924,45. Pendapatan rata-rata yang diperoleh adalah Rp 182.090,12, dihitung dengan mengurangkan biaya total rata-rata sebesar Rp 1.977.079,19 dari pendapatan rata-rata sebesar Rp 2.159.169,31. Analisis kelayakan yang digunakan adalah analisis kelayakan bisnis dengan membandingkan pendapatan total dan biaya. Pendapatan rata-rata yang diperoleh adalah Rp 2.159.169,31, dan biaya total rata-rata yang dikeluarkan adalah Rp 1.977.079,19. Dengan demikian, diperoleh rasio R/C sebesar 1,09, artinya usaha tempe di Desa Kaduagung Timur layak untuk dioperasikan dan dikembangkan. | |||||||||
