Abstract
Aphid pests that are often found in horticultural commodity farming efforts are aphids (Aphids gossypii). Where aphids are insects that suck plant fluids that can be pests and vectors of plant disease viruses. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of resistance of aphids to synthetic insecticides that have active ingredients of carbamate, organophosphate, pyrethroid, neonicotinoid and flupyradifurone. Aphid pest samples used were obtained from Taktakan District (Kalang Anyar and Pancur Villages) and Walantaka District (Pager Agung and Kiara Villages), in Serang City. The parameters observed in this study were the morphology of aphids and resistance of aphids by observing 72 hours after the application of synthetic insecticides. The observation data were analyzed by probit analysis using SPSS software to determine LC 50, LT 50 and LT 99. The results of LT 50 and LT 99 in Taktakan District, Serang City (Kalang Anyar and Pancur Villages) and Walantaka District, Serang City (Pager Agung and Kiara Villages) showed that insecticides that experienced resistance were types of insecticides with active ingredients Organophosphate and Carbamate. While the results of LC 50 showed that the insecticide that was most dangerous to aphid pests (Aphis gossypii) had the lowest LC 50 value with active ingredients Flupyradifurone and Carbamate.

| Additional Information: | Hama kutu yang sering ditemukan dalam usaha pertanian komoditas hortikultura adalah kutu (Aphids gossypii). Di mana kutu adalah serangga yang mengisap cairan tanaman yang dapat menjadi hama dan vektor virus penyakit tanaman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan tingkat ketahanan kutu terhadap insektisida sintetis yang memiliki bahan aktif karbamat, organofosfat, piretroid, neonikotinoid, dan flupyradifurone. Sampel hama kutu yang digunakan diperoleh dari Kecamatan Taktakan (Desa Kalang Anyar dan Pancur) dan Kecamatan Walantaka (Desa Pager Agung dan Kiara), di Kota Serang. Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah morfologi kutu dan ketahanan kutu dengan mengamati 72 jam setelah aplikasi insektisida sintetis. Data pengamatan dianalisis dengan analisis probit menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS untuk menentukan LC 50, LT 50, dan LT 99. Hasil LT 50 dan LT 99 di Kecamatan Taktakan, Kota Serang (Desa Kalang Anyar dan Pancur) serta Kecamatan Walantaka, Kota Serang (Desa Pager Agung dan Kiara) menunjukkan bahwa insektisida yang mengalami resistensi adalah jenis insektisida dengan bahan aktif Organofosfat dan Karbamat. Sementara itu, hasil LC 50 menunjukkan bahwa insektisida yang paling berbahaya bagi hama kutu daun (Aphis gossypii) memiliki nilai LC 50 terendah dengan bahan aktif Flupyradifurone dan Karbamat. | |||||||||
