Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of bureaucratic reform on organizational performance at the Regional Secretariat of Serang Regency. The problems faced are the lack of leadership commitment and the weak implementation of bureaucratic reform which is still administrative-formalistic, the less than optimal performance of the organization caused by the ineffective implementation of bureaucratic reform. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through a questionnaire in the form of a google form distributed to employees at the Regional Secretariat of Serang Regency. Data analysis used simple linear regression to determine the effect of bureaucratic reform variables on organizational performance. The results showed that the implementation of bureaucratic reform had a positive and significant effect on organizational performance at the Regional Secretariat of Serang Regency by 84.6%, the remaining 15.4% were other factors that had not been revealed. The magnitude of the influence reached 84.6%, which is a very high figure and shows that bureaucratic reform plays a dominant role in determining the quality of the performance of local government organizations.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan reformasi birokrasi terhadap kinerja organisasi di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Serang Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya komitmen pimpinan serta lemahnya penerapan reformasi birokrası yang masih bersifat administrative-formalistik, belum optimalnya kinerja organisasi yang disebabkan oleh implementasi reformasi birokrasi yang belum efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dalam bentuk google form yang disebarkan kepada pegawai di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Serang. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel reformasi birokrasi terhadap kinerja organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan reformasi birokrasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi di Sekretriat Daerah Kabupaten Serang sebesar 84.6% sisanya 15,4% merupakan faktor lain yang belum terungkap. Besarnya pengaruh mencapai 84,6%, yang merupakan angka sangat tinggi dan menunjukkan bahwa reformasi birokrasi memainkan peran dominan dalam menentukan kualitas kinerja organisasi pemerintah daerah. | |||||||||
