Abstract
In 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) stated that head injuries rank third globally, caused by traffic accidents. Head injury bleeding can occur due to trauma to the brain, tissues, and blood vessels in the head area, skull, to the scalp caused by impact. Bleeding is one of the causes of hypovolemia that often occurs.Hypovolemia is a condition caused by a lack of extracellular fluid volume, and can also be caused by the loss of fluid through the kidneys, skin, gastrointestinal, and bleeding. The symptoms that arise are major, such as dry mucous membranes, and minor, such as a continuous increase in thirst. The purpose of this case study is to knowing and understanding the picture in patients with the case "Emergency Nursing Care With Hypovolemia In Patients With Bleeding Due To Head Injury At RSUD Banten Province can be overcome. The subject of this case study is a patient in the emergency installation room of RSUD Banten Province. The results of this case study found symptoms in both patients, namely the presence of a weak pulse, and narrowing pulse pressure. The actions implemented are wound care with pressure dressings, monitoring the level of bleeding and pulse rate, and collaborating with doctors for pharmacological therapy

| Additional Information: | World Health Organization (WHO) pada tahun 2020 mengatakan bahwa, cedera kepala berada pada peringkat ketiga di dunia yang disebabkan oleh kecelakaan lalu lintas. Perdarahan cedera kepala dapat disebabkan karena terjadinya trauma pada otak, jaringan dan pembuluh darah pada area kepala, tengkorak, sampai kulit kepala yang disebabkan karena terjadinya benturan. Perdarahan merupakan salah satu penyebab terjadinya hipovolemia yang sering terjadi. Hipovolemia adalah suatu keadaan yang disebabkan karena kekurangan volume cairan ekstraseluler, dan dapat juga disebabkan karena hilangnya cairan melalui ginjal, kulit, gastrointestinal, dan perdarahan. Gejala yang timbul terdapat mayor seperti membran mukosa kering, dan minor seperti rasa haus yang meningkat terus menerus. Tujuan studi kasus ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memahami gambaran pada pasien dengan kasus “Asuhan Keperawatan Gawat Darurat Dengan Hipovolemia Pada Pasien Perdarahan Akibat Cedera Kepala Di RSUD Provinsi Banten dapat teratasi. Subjek studi kasus ini adalah pasien diruang instalasi gawat darurat RSUD Provinsi Banten. Hasil studi kasus ini peneliti menemukan gejala pada kedua pasien yaitu dengan adanya Nadi teraba lemah, dan Tekanan Nadi menyempit. Tindakan yang diimplementasikan yaitu perawatan luka dengan balut tekan, monitor tingkat perdarahan dan tingkat denyut nadi, serta berkolaborasi dengan dokter untuk terapi farmakologi | ||||||
