Abstract
One of the problems of breastfeeding during the postpartum period is breast engorgement. Breast engorgement occurs due to narrowing of the lactiferous duct or by glands that are not immediately emptied. The complaints felt are usually swollen breasts, pain, breast milk that does not drip. Handling should begin with breast care to prevent abnormalities during the postpartum period. The purpose of this case study is to implement the Implementation of Lactation Massage to Overcome the Problem of Ineffective Breastfeeding in Spontaneous Postpartum Mothers with Breast Enlargement in the Wijaya Kusuma Room, Dr. Drajat Prawiranegara Regional General Hospital, Serang, Banten. The method used in this case study uses a case study to examine the description of the problem in Postpartum Patients with Ineffective Breastfeeding with Lactation Massage Therapy and carries out a nursing care approach that includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. The results obtained are that this lactation massage therapy is very effective in reducing or overcoming the problem of ineffective breastfeeding. In the first patient, Mrs. K The breast milk that had not dripped had come out better on the second day and the second patient Mrs. R's breast milk that had not dripped was able to be released on the second day. The conclusion obtained is that lactation massage therapy in spontaneous postpartum mothers with breastfeeding problems is not effective and is able to reduce breastfeeding problems in both patients and can be used and developed further as further research.

| Additional Information: | Salah satu masalah menyusui di masa nifas adalah bendungan air susu (engorgement of the breast). Bendungan air susu terjadi karena penyempitan duktus laktiferi atau oleh kelenjar-kelenjar yang tidak segera dikosongkan. Keluhan yang dirasakan biasanya payudara bengkak, nyeri, ASI yang tidak menetes. Penanganan sebaiknya dimulai dengan perawatan payudara untuk mencegah terjadinya kelainan selama masa nifas. Tujuan dari studi kasus ini untuk melaksanakan Implementasi Pijat Laktasi Untuk Mengatasi Masalah Menyusui Tidak Efektif Pada Ibu Post Partum Spontan Dengan Bendungan Payudara Di Ruang Wijaya Kusuma Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Drajat Prawiranegara Serang Banten. Metode yang digunakan dalam studi kasus ini menggunakan studi kasus untuk meneliti tentang gambaran masalah pada Pasien Post Partum Menyusui Tidak Efektif Sengan Tindakan Terapi Pijat Laktasi dan melakukan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan yang meliputi pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah, terapi pijat laktasi ini sangat berpengaruh secara efektif untuk menurunkan atau mengatasi masalah menyusui tidak efektif. Pada pasien pertama Ny. K Asi yang semula belum menetes sudah keluar lebih baik dihari kedua dan pasien kedua Ny. R ASI yang belum menetes sudah mampu dikeluarkan dihari kedua. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan adalah terapi pijat laktasi pada ibu post partum spontan dengan masalah menyusui tidak efektif berpengaruh serta mampu menurunkan masalah menyusui pada kedua pasien serta dapat digunakan dan dikembangkan lagi sebagai peneliti selanjutnya. | ||||||||||||
