Abstract
A nursing problem that often arises in patients with pulmonary TB is ineffective airway clearance due to foreign objects that originate from excessive accumulation of secretions. Tuberculosis (TB) is a chronic infectious disease, caused by the bacteria Mycobacterium Tuberculosis which is still a serious problem found in the world population, including Indonesia. Lung disease, caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium Tuberculosis, has been found to infect almost a third of the world's population and has become a major health problem globally. The aim of this case study is to describe ineffective airway clearance nursing care with airway management measures: Chest Physiotherapy at RSUD Dr. Prawiranegara Degree. The method used in this case study is a descriptive method in the form of a case study on ineffective airway clearance in pulmonary TB patients with chest physiotherapy procedures using a nursing care approach which includes assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Data collection techniques in this research used interviews, observation and documentation. Results from the case study of patient Mr. A and Mr.S ineffective airway clearance resolved as indicated by improved respiratory frequency, improved respiratory depth, decreased dyspnea, decreased use of accessory respiratory muscles from the nursing actions that had been carried out.

| Additional Information: | Masalah keperawatan yang sering muncul pada pasien dengan TB paru yaitu bersihan jalan nafas yang tidak efektif akibat benda asing yang berawal dari akumulasi secret yang berlebih. Tuberkulosis (TB) adalah penyakit infeksi kronis, disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium Tuberculosis yang masih merupakan permasalahan serius yang ditemukan pada penduduk dunia termasuk Indonesia. Penyakit paru yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium Tuberculosis, ditemukan telah menginfeksi hampir sepertiga penduduk dunia dan telah menjadi masalah kesehatan utama secara global. Tujuan dari studi kasus ini adalah menggambarkan Asuhan Keperawatan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif dengan Tindakan manejemen jalan napas : Fisioterapi Dada di RSUD Dr. Drajat Prawiranegara. Metode yang digunakan dalam studi kasus ini adalah metode deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus pada bersihan jalan nafas tidak efektif pada pasien TB Paru dengan Tindakan Fisioterapi Dada dengan menggunakan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan yang meliputi pengkajian, diagnosa, intervensi, implementasi dan evaluasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari Studi kasus pasien 1 Tn. A dan Tn.S bersihan jalan nafas tidak efektif teratasi ditandai dengan frekuensi napas membaik, kedalaman napas membaik, dispnea menurun, penggunaan otot bantu napas menurun dari tindakan keperawatan yang telah dilakukan. | |||||||||
