Abstract
The Indonesian Teachers Association (PGRI) was established to unite all teachers in Indonesia in one forum since 1945 with the aim of supporting national ideals, educating the nation, and improving the quality of education. In Banten Province, PGRI through the Educational Institution Development Foundation (YPLP) manages the PGRI Vocational High School in Serang City, which focuses on vocational education. Vocational education aims to equip students with direct skills for the world of work through a practice-based education model. The main factors that influence the performance of educators in vocational schools include self-efficacy, normative organizational commitment, and preventive work discipline that contribute to the development of student character. This study highlights the importance of improving teacher performance through effective management, such as strengthening self-efficacy and work discipline to produce quality education that is relevant to industry needs. This study aims to analyze the effect of self-efficacy on the performance of educators and preventive work discipline. In addition, this study also explores the relationship between preventive work discipline and the performance of educators. Furthermore, this study examines the role of normative organizational commitment in moderating the relationship between self-efficacy and preventive work discipline. This study also analyzes the direct effect of normative organizational commitment on preventive work discipline. This study is a quantitative study. The population in this study were teachers and educators of SMK PGRI in Serang City, a total of 211 teachers. The sample of this study was 119 respondents. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire that had been declared valid and reliable. The data obtained from respondents were then analyzed using the SmartPLS 4.0 program. The results of the study in this thesis are that Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the performance of educators. Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Preventive Work Discipline. Preventive Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Educator Performance. Normative Organizational Commitment moderates the relationship between Self Efficacy and Preventive Work Discipline. Normative Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on moderating the relationship between Self Efficacy and Preventive Work Discipline. Normative Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Preventive Work Discipline.

| Additional Information: | Persatuan Guru Republik Indonesia (PGRI) berdiri untuk menyatukan semua guru di Indonesia dalam satu wadah sejak 1945 dengan tujuan mendukung cita-cita nasional, mencerdaskan bangsa, dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Di Provinsi Banten PGRI melalui Yayasan Pembina Lembaga Pendidikan (YPLP) mengelola sekolah SMK PGRI di Kota Serang, yang berfokus pada pendidikan vokasi. Pendidikan vokasi bertujuan membekali siswa dengan keterampilan langsung untuk dunia kerja melalui model pendidikan berbasis praktik. Faktor utama yang memengaruhi kinerja tenaga pendidik di SMK meliputi self efficacy, komitmen organisasi normatif, dan disiplin kerja preventif yang berkontribusi pada pengembangan karakter peserta didik. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya peningkatan kinerja guru melalui manajemen yang efektif, seperti penguatan self efficacy dan disiplin kerja untuk menghasilkan pendidikan yang berkualitas dan relevan dengan kebutuhan industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh self efficacy terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik dan disiplin kerja preventif. Selain itu penelitian ini juga mengeksplorasi hubungan antara disiplin kerja preventif dan kinerja tenaga pendidik. Lebih lanjut penelitian ini menguji peran komitmen organisasi normatif dalam memoderasi hubungan antara self efficacy dan disiplin kerja preventif. Penelitian ini juga menganalisis pengaruh langsung komitmen organisasi normatif terhadap disiplin kerja preventif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Guru dan tenaga pendidik SMK PGRI yang ada di Kota Serang, sejumlah 211 Guru. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 119 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang sudah dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. erolehan data yang didapatkan dari responden. selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan program SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian dalam tesis ini adalah Self Efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik. Self Efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja Preventif. Disiplin Kerja Preventif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Pendidik. Komitmen Organisasi Normatif memoderasi hubungan antara Self Efficacy dengan Disiplin Kerja Preventif. Komitmen Organisasi Normatif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan memoderasi hubungan antara Self Efficacy terhadap Disiplin Kerja Preventif.
