Abstract
This study aims to see the strategies used by teachers in learning oriented towards 21st century skills by facilitating students starting from their readiness, learning styles and also their interests. By maximizing the differentiation of content, process and also product. The study was conducted by researchers using a descriptive method in a qualitative approach. Qualitative Approach is a study aimed at describing and analyzing phenomena, events, social activities naturally. The results obtained from this study, teachers have implemented differentiated learning oriented towards 21st century skills, both content, process and product differentiation. Which is done in planning learning oriented towards 21st century skills and also the learning process that prioritizes four aspects of differentiated learning, namely differentiation of content, process, product and also learning environment. With an assessment of 21st century skills, namely 4C skills (critical thinking, communication, collaboration and creativity).

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat strategi yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam pembelajaran berorientasi pada keterampilan abad 21 dengan memfasilitasi peserta didik mulai dari kesiapan, gaya belajar dan juga minat peserta didik. Dengan memaksimalkan diferensiasi konten, proses dan juga produk. Penelitian dilakukan oleh peneliti menggunakan metode jenis deskriptif dalam pendekatan kualitatif Pendekatan Kualitatif adalah penelitian yang ditujukan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis fenomena-fenomena, peristiwa, aktivitas sosial secara alamiah. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini guru telah melaksanakan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi yang berorientasi pada keterampilan abad 21 baik itu diferensiasi konten, proses maupun produk. Yang dilakukan pada perencanaan pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada keterampilan abad 21 dan juga proses pembelajaran yang mengedepankan empat aspek tentang pembelajaran berdiferensiasi yakni diferensiasi konten, proses, produk dan juga linkungan belajar. Dengan penilaian terhadap keterampilan abad 21 yakni keterampilan 4C ( berfikir kritis, komunikasi , kolaborasi dan kreativitas). | |||||||||
