Abstract
This study aims to analyze the implementation of a specific food supplementation intervention program to address stunting in the Kilasah area, Kasemen Subdistrict, Serang City. Stunting remains a serious issue in Indonesia, including in Banten Province, where it has a prevalence rate of 24.5%. This research employs a qualitative approach using the interactive data analysis method of Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research informants consist of the head of the health center (puskesmas), health workers, stunting cadres, and members of the community (mothers of toddlers). The findings indicate that the program implementation has been progressing well, although it still faces several challenges such as low community nutritional literacy, limited number and capacity of cadres, and suboptimal cross-sector coordination. Efforts made to overcome these obstacles include regular training for cadres, simplification of educational messages, home visits, and strengthening the role of posyandu (integrated health service posts). Community participation has gradually increased as tangible benefits of the program on children's growth have become evident. Therefore, the success of the program heavily depends on effective communication, bureaucratic support, and cross-sectoral and community collaboration.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi program intervensi spesifik pemberian tambahan makanan dalam menanggulangi stunting di wilayah Kilasah, Kecamatan Kasemen, Kota Serang. Stunting masih menjadi masalah serius di Indonesia, termasuk di Provinsi Banten dengan prevalensi sebesar 24,5%. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis data interaktif dari Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Informan penelitian terdiri dari kepala puskesmas, tenaga kesehatan, kader stunting, dan masyarakat (ibu balita). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program telah berjalan dengan baik meskipun masih menghadapi beberapa kendala seperti rendahnya literasi gizi masyarakat, keterbatasan jumlah dan kapasitas kader, serta koordinasi lintas sektor yang belum optimal. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut antara lain pelatihan rutin bagi kader, penyederhanaan pesan edukasi, kunjungan rumah, serta penguatan peran posyandu. Partisipasi aktif masyarakat mulai meningkat seiring dengan adanya bukti nyata manfaat program bagi pertumbuhan anak. Dengan demikian, keberhasilan program sangat bergantung pada komunikasi efektif, dukungan birokrasi, serta kolaborasi lintas sektor dan masyarakat. | ||||||
