Abstract
The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the mediating role of job satisfaction and organizational commitment with the relationship between worklife balance and employee performance. This research was conducted at LAZ Harapan Dhuafa. This research uses quantitative methods with saturated populations and samples or total sampling where all populations are sampled, namely all employees as many as 102 respondents and data collection techniques using questionnaires in the form of open answer combination answers on an interval scale of 1-10 then processed and arranged into tabulated frequency data which is then analyzed data with Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The results of the study based on validity and reliability tests show that the data is valid and reliable. Based on direct and indirect hypothesis testing, it shows that: work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2) work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 3) work-life balance has a positive effect on organizational commitment. 4) job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance. 5) organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance.

| Additional Information: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis peran mediasi kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi dengan hubungan work-life balance terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan LAZ Harapan Dhuafa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi dan sampel jenuh atau sampling total dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel yaitu seluruh karyawan sebanyak 102 responden dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kusioner dalam bentuk jawaban kombinasi jawaban terbuka skala interval 1-10 kemudian diolah serta disusun kedalam tabulasi frekuensi data yang selanjutnya dianalisis data dengan perangkat lunak Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji validitas dan reabilitas menunjukan data sudah valid dan reliabel. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis langsung dan tidak langsung menunjukan bahwa: worklife balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 2) worklife balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. 3) worklife balance berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi. 4) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. 5) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. | |||||||||
