Abstract
Kerupuk Kulit Berkah Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is a business engaged in snack production. The problem faced is the inefficiency of the production process due to the suboptimal utilization of input resources, leading to waste. This study aims to measure production efficiency to optimize resource utilization. The method used is the input-oriented Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) CCR model, based on the assumption of Constant Return to Scale (CRS). The analysis considers three input variables raw materials, total labor, and production costs and one output variable, namely production yield per piece. The research results show that DMU 8 and DMU 9 achieve full efficiency with a score of 100%. Meanwhile, DMU 1, DMU 2, DMU 3, DMU 4, DMU 5, DMU 6, DMU 7, DMU 10, DMU 11, and DMU 12 are inefficient, with efficiency scores ranging from 96.55% to 97.98%. The inefficiency is influenced by factors such as materials, machines, methods, manpower, and the environment. To enhance efficiency, Banxia software is used to compare actual values with efficiency targets. Improvement strategies based on the 5W+1H method are proposed, including developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), adopting modern technology, and conducting regular worker performance evaluations

| Additional Information: | Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah Kerupuk Kulit Berkah merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang makanan ringan. Permasalahan disebabkan oleh ketidakefisienan proses produksi akibat input sumber daya yang digunakan tidak dimanfaatkan secara optimal untuk menghasilkan kerupuk kulit. Maka pengukuran efisiensi dilakukan agar sumber daya dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Karena selama proses produksi terdapat residu dari sumber daya yang menyebabkan adanya waste. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) CCR yang berorientasi pada input-oriented berdasarkan asumsi Constant Return to Scale (CRS). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat 3 variabel input (bahan baku, jumlah tenaga kerja, dan biaya produksi) dan 1 variabel output (hasil produksi per kemasan). DMU yang memiliki skor efisien 100%, yaitu DMU 8 dan DMU 9. Sedangkan DMU yang inefisien, yaitu DMU 1, DMU 2, DMU 3, DMU 4, DMU 5, DMU 6, DMU 7, DMU 10, DMU 11, dan DMU 12 dengan skor efisiensi berkisar antara 96,55% hingga 97,98. Faktor yang menyebabkan produksi tidak efisien adalah faktor material, machine, methode, man, dan environment. Usulan perbaikan dilakukan dengan menerapkan hasil software Banxia guna mengetahui perbandingan nilai aktual dengan target efisien dari DMU inefisien dan usulan 5W+1H, yaitu membuat SOP, menerapkan teknologi modern, dan mengadakan evaluasi kinerja pekerja. | |||||||||
