Abstract
This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Discipline (X1), Job Training (X2), and Human Relations (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Graha Kencana Damai. In this study, the method used is quantitative research. The population in this study was 61 employees with a sample of 61 respondents. The data collection method in this study was using a questionnaire and analyzing data using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) 4 student version software. The results of the study obtained were: First, Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The t-statistic value is 3.848> 1.96 with a large influence of 0.412 and a P-Value of 0.000 <0.05. Second, Job Training has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance on Employee Performance. The t-statistic value is 3.233 > 1.96 with a large influence of 0.385 and a P-Value of 0.001 < 0.05. Third, Human Relations has a negative and insignificant effect on Employee Performance. The t-statistic value is 1.290 < 1.986 with a large influence of 0.128 and a P-Value of 0.197 > 0.05.

Ketiga, Human Relation berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
