Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of the General Allocation Fund (DAU), the Special Allocation Fund (DAK), and the Revenue Sharing Fund (DBH) on the Human Development Index (HDI) in West Papua Province. The data used in this study are secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Central Fiscal Balance Agency of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. The panel data analysis method uses the Random Effects Model (REM). The F-statistic test (simultaneous test) shows that the DAU, DAK, and Revenue Sharing Fund simultaneously and significantly influence the Human Development Index (HDI) in West Papua Province. Furthermore, the t-test (partial test) shows that regional financial performance as measured by the DAU does not significantly influence the HDI in West Papua Province. Meanwhile, the Special Allocation Fund (DAK) significantly influences the HDI, and the Revenue Sharing Fund (DBH) significantly influences the HDI in West Papua Province.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh DAU, DAK dan DBH Terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di provinsi Papua Barat. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang berasal dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan Kementerian Keuangan RI. Metode analisis data panel dengan metode Random Effect Model (REM ). Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik F (uji simultan) menunjukkan yang diukur dengan DAU, DAK, dan DBH secara simultan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap IPM di provinsi Papua Barat . Kemudian berdasarkan uji t (uji parsial) menunjukan bahwa kinerja keuangan daerah yang diukur dengan DAU, tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap IPM di provinsi Papua Barat, sedangkan DAK berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap IPM di provinsi Papua Barat, dan DBH berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap IPM di provinsi Papua Barat. | |||||||||
