Abstract

This study examines the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) on corporate performance with job satisfaction as a mediating factor in PT MKM, a primary health services company. A quantitative method was employed, involving 30 respondents using saturated sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, regression, and mediation tests. The findings reveal that TQM significantly enhances corporate performance and job satisfaction, while job satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between TQM and corporate performance. These results highlight the importance of continuous quality improvement and its dual impact on employee well-being and organizational outcomes. Implementing TQM effectively can support long-term corporate growth and competitiveness.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh Total Quality Management (TQM) terhadap kinerja perusahaan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai faktor mediasi di PT MKM, sebuah perusahaan jasa kesehatan primer. Metode kuantitatif digunakan, melibatkan 30 responden dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, regresi, dan uji mediasi. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa TQM secara signifikan meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dan kepuasan kerja, sedangkan kepuasan kerja memediasi sebagian hubungan antara TQM dan kinerja perusahaan. Hasil ini menyoroti pentingnya peningkatan kualitas berkelanjutan dan dampak gandanya terhadap kesejahteraan karyawan dan hasil organisasi. Menerapkan TQM secara efektif dapat mendukung pertumbuhan dan daya saing perusahaan jangka panjang.
