Abstract
In the digital era, food delivery services such as Shopeefood are increasingly popular among the public, including Muslim consumers. However, this online service raises questions regarding its compliance with the principles of fiqh muamalah, especially regarding the clarity of the contract and the potential for gharar. This study aims to examine how online buying and selling in Shopeefood Services on the Shopee Application is viewed from the perspective of fiqh muamalah. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The case study approach was chosen because this research aims to explore and analyze in depth how the principles of fiqh muamalah are applied in online buying and selling transactions on Shopeefood services in the Shopee application. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the online buying and selling mechanism in the Shopeefood service contains several types of legal contracts according to Fiqh Muamalah, is carried out transparently, and does not contain elements that are prohibited. Therefore, this kind of transaction is allowed in Islam, as long as it still fulfills the principles of clarity, willingness, and justice.

| Additional Information: | Dalam era digital, layanan pesan antar makanan seperti Shopeefood semakin populer di kalangan masyarakat, termasuk konsumen Muslim. Namun, layanan online ini menimbulkan pertanyaan mengenai kesesuaian dengan prinsip-prinsip fiqih muamalah, terutama terkait kejelasan akad dan potensi gharar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana jual beli online dalam Layanan Shopeefood pada Aplikasi Shopee ditinjau dari perspektif fiqih muamalah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pendekatan studi kasus dipilih karena penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis secara mendalam bagaimana prinsip-prinsip fiqih muamalah diterapkan dalam transaksi jual beli online dalam layanan Shopeefood pada aplikasi Shopee. Berdasarkan Hasil Penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa mekanisme Jual Beli online dalam layanan Shopeefood mengandung beberapa jenis akad yang sah menurut Fiqih Muamalah, dilakukan secara transparan, dan tidak mengandung unsur yang diharamkan. Oleh karena itu, transaksi semacam ini diperbolehkan dalam Islam, selama tetap memenuhi prinsip kejelasan, kerelaan, dan keadilan. | |||||||||
