Abstract
Poverty is one of the social issues that has become a major concern of the government. Many vulnerable poor families struggle to meet basic needs such as education, health, and nutrition. To address this issue, the government, through the Ministry of Social Affairs, launched the PKH Program. PKH Family is a social protection program provided by the government to vulnerable poor communities. The purpose of this program is to improve the standard of living of the community by fulfilling access to health services, education and social welfare. Through PKH, it is hoped that beneficiaries can escape from poverty. This study aims to determine the management of PKH program companions in Cadasari Village, Cadasari District, Pandeglang Regency. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research that has been conducted show that: : (1) The management of the PKH program in Cadasari village has been implemented according to the management stages, including planning, implementation, and evaluation. However, the distribution process is still not accuarately targeted. (2) The roles of the PKH program in Cadasari Village has aligned with the required qualifications, including the roles of facilitation, education, community representation, and technical support.

| Additional Information: | Kemiskinan merupakan salah satu permasalahan sosial yang menjadi perhatian utama pemerintah. Banyak keluarga miskin rentan yang kesulitan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dasar seperti pendidikan, kesehatan dan gizi. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, pemerintah melalui Kementrian Sosial meluncurkan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) merupakan program perlindungan sosial yang diberikan oleh pemerintah kepada masyarakat rentan miskin. Tujuan dari program ini adalah untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat yang lebih baik melalui pemenuhan pada akses layanan kesehatan, pendidikan dan kesejahteraan sosial. Melalui PKH, diharapkan penerima manfaat bisa keluar dari jurang kemiskinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen pendamping program PKH di Desa Cadasari Kecamatan Cadasari Kabupaten Pandeglang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa : (1) Manajemen program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Desa Cadasari telah dilaksanakan sesuai tahapan manajemen meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Namun, dalam proses penyaluran masih belum tepat sasaran. (2) Peran pendamping program PKH di Desa Cadasari telah sesuai dengan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan, meliputi peran fasilitasi, peran representasi/perwakilan masyarakat, peran mendidik, dan peran teknis. | |||||||||
