Abstract
This research is motivated by the condition of family income in the Kebonsari village community who experience economic limitations, low welfare and limited access to sustainable business opportunities. Through the initiative of independent awareness of the Kebonsari village community in community empowerment based on the Gipang Efain microbusiness, residents began to engage in innovative traditional food production and marketing activities. This study aims to determine how the implementation of community empowerment in the Gipang Efain Micro Business is in an effort to increase family income in Kebonsari Village, Citangkil District, Cilegon City. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods conducted through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of business owners, business employees, and related parties in the production business environment. The results showed that: (1) the process of community empowerment through Gipang Efain Micro Business has made a positive contribution in increasing family income because it can be reviewed from three stages, namely, the awareness stage, the coaching stage and the independence stage. (2) The results of increasing family income from the empowerment of Gipang Efain Micro Business are the root of improving welfare and improving the quality of life which is quite satisfying. (3) The obstacles to community empowerment from Gipang Efain Micro Business experience various obstacles such as limited capital, narrow market access, and production that does not take place every day. However, these obstacles can be overcome quite well by only relying on sufficient independent capital and the use of online marketing through innovative e-commerce.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi pendapatan keluarga dalam masyarakat desa Kebonsari yang mengalami keterbatasan ekonomi, kesejahteraan yang rendah serta akses terbatas terhadap peluang usaha yang berkelanjutan. Melalui inisiatif penyadaran mandiri masyarakat desa Kebonsari dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis usaha mikro Gipang Efain, warga mulai terlibat dalam kegiatan produksi dan pemasaran makanan tradisional secara inovatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam Usaha Mikro Gipang Efain dalam upaya meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga di Desa Kebonsari, Kecamatan Citangkil, Kota Cilegon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi terhadap pemilik usaha, karyawan usaha, serta pihak-pihak terkait di lingkungan usaha produksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) proses pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui Usaha Mikro Gipang Efain telah memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga karena bias ditinjau dari tiga tahapan yaitu, tahapan penyadaran, tahapan pembinaan dan tehapan kemandirian. (2) Hasil peningkatan pendapatan keluarga dari pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro Gipang Efain ini menjadi akar dari peningkatan kesejahteraan dan peningkatan kualitas hidup yang cukup memuaskan. (3) Kendala pemberdayaan masyarakat dari Usaha Mikro Gipang Efain ini mengalami berbagai kendala seperti keterbatasan modal, akses pasar yang sempit, dan produksi yang tidak berlangsung setiap hari. Namun kendala tersebut dapat teratasi dengan cukup baik dengan hanya bergantung pada modal mandiri yang cukup dan pengguanaan pemasaran online melalui e-commerce yang inovatif. | |||||||||
