Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational justice on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at Bank Danamon, Cilegon – Serang Branch, Banten. The research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling, specifically saturated sampling, with 50 respondents. Data were analyzed using the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The results of the study indicate that (1) the higher the level of organizational justice, the better the employee performance; (2) the higher the level of organizational justice, the greater the job satisfaction; (3) the higher the job satisfaction, the better the employee performance; (4) job satisfaction is proven to mediate the relationship between organizational justice and employee performance. Thus, the higher the organizational justice and job satisfaction, the higher the employee performance.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh keadilan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Bank Danamon Cabang Kota Cilegon – Serang, Banten. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode nonprobability sampling, yaitu sampling jenuh, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 50 orang. Analisis data menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Semakin tinggi keadilan organisasi, maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin meningkat; (2) Semakin tinggi keadilan organisasi, maka kepuasan kerja akan semakin meningkat; (3) Semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja, maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin meningkat; (4) Kepuasan kerja terbukti dapat memediasi hubungan antara keadilan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, semakin tinggi keadilan organisasi dan kepuasan kerja, maka kinerja karyawan juga akan semakin meningkat.
